In these modern times we find it very important to go along with all the new technologies. That’s why heXCars will accept payments made by Bitcoin.

Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

HeXCars only accepts Bitcoin at the time of writing. We have chosen this currency because Bitcoin is the most known cryptocurrency and is the most used by crypto enthusiasts. We have strong faith in Bitcoin as a method of payment and in blockchain as a security feature. As other cryptocurrencies become more popular it is always possible for us to accept more of them in the future.

How do I pay with cryptocurrency?

When you pre book your taxi at HeXCars you can select your preferred payment method. In the payment methods you will find the option to pay with Bitcoin. Once you have selected this option you will be taken to a secure page where you can scan a QR code to make your payment to HeXCars. This will look like the following image. When your payment has come through (this is not always instantly, so please wait until you have received the confirmation message) you are all set to go and you have booked your taxi.

Why can I only pay with Bitcoin?

As we said in the paragraph above, we have chosen to accept Bitcoin because of the following reasons.

• It’s the most widely accepted cryptocurrency.
• We believe in the strength of Bitcoin as a currency.
• We believe in the security of its blockchain.
• We want to provide an easy way for our customers to pay.

It is possible that other cryptocurrencies will be available on HeXCars at a later time, but for now we only offer Bitcoin as a way to pay.

What are the other ways I can pay for heXCars

Of course, Bitcoin are not the only way to pay with HeXCars. Other payment methods for HeXCars are:

• Cash
  You can pay with cash in the taxi itself when you are at the end of your journey. The only valuta we accept is Great British Pounds.
• Credit Card
  We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express.
• Paypal
  Lastly we also accept Paypal, this makes it easy for people from outside of the UK to pay for their taxi. Of course, people within the UK can also use Paypal and take advantage of the benefits it offers.
