In Bristol Airport you will find a wide variety of different shops and restaurants. Obviously you have a Starbucks located so you can top up just before you go on your flight. There is a JD Sports, Claires, a great mexican bar, a burger king and many more. Definitely an airport to spend an hour before your flight.
About Bath
Bath, obviously known for it’s stunning Roman Baths, can make for a great day out. From a nice and sizable shopping centre to beautiful historical places. All through the city you will be greeted by the Gregorian buildings made out of Bath stone. The, often narrow, streets are open for traffic, which includes the open top bus that tours you through the city.
Sports wise, Bath is known for it’s fine rugby club, Bath rugby and Bath FC, the football club. Rugby however has always been more popular and successful in the city. They play currently in the highest rugby division and call “the rec” their home.
Lastly, you will also be able to find the local university in Bath, Bath University. They recently ranked 6th by the Guardian and a few year prior named “University of the year”. The university’s major academic strengths have been engineering, physical sciences, mathematics and technology. Today, the university is also strong in management, humanities, architecture and the social sciences

- The Roman Baths
Maybe the main attraction to Bath. The Roman Baths are a well-preserved thermae in the city of Bath, Somerset, England. A temple was constructed on the site between 60-70CE in the first few decades of Roman Britain. Its presence led to the development of the small Roman urban settlement known as Aquae Sulis around the site. - Prior Park Landscape Garden
Prior Park Landscape Garden was designed in the 18th century by the poet Alexander Pope and the landscape gardener Capability Brown, and is now owned by the National Trust. The park is beautiful and a great place for a walk or a picnic. - Fashion Museum Bath
The museum really finds a niche audience. If fashion is your thing, you will love this museum. It focuses on fashionable dress for men, women and children from the late 16th century to the present day and has more than 100,000 objects. The earliest pieces are embroidered shirts and gloves from about 1600. - Bath Abbey
